Fee Schedule & Expert Services Agreement

A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $1,000.00 is required to initiate work and before designation of G. P. Clemente Consulting as expert in the subject litigation.

Rates are billed at $350.00 per hour time on task and will be applied against retainer. Services performed may include (but are not limited to) review of all Discovery materials generated in the subject litigation together with all research, analysis, consultation, site visitation, and any other work deemed necessary to reach and render an opinion.

It is understood and agreed that G. P. Clemente Consulting is retained solely by and on behalf of the attorney/attorney's firm and that they are solely responsible for fee payment for services rendered.

Deposition Fee will be $350.00 per hour and is to be pre-paid prior to deposition.

Trial Appearance will be $350.00 per hour.

Client is responsible for pre-payment of any and all travel fees and actual expenses. No fees will be advanced by this office.

Travel time is billed at $200.00 per hour portal to portal.

Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Unpaid outstanding invoices past 30 days will result in suspension of services. Invoices aged 90 days will be referred to collection and all legal remedies for payment will be pursued.
